RE: Office Bay Part-Time Management Opportunity

All Tenants,

Tony Fabbian was an immense help to our family for years. His CPA firm was one of our original tenants and he started managing Office Bay for us in 2011 until his unfortunate passing earlier this year. He was invaluable in helping us provide good service to our loyal and valued tenants. Most of the duties Tony managed for us were not very time consuming.

We have continued to make improvements like our enhanced security system, LED lighting upgrade, and automated front doors. We will continue to invest in the building to maintain the quality we have always provided. My son Rob has helped manage the building from the time he was a student at Fresno State, more than a decade ago. Recently, he has tried his best to manage the building from our Corporate Office in Visalia, but as he assumes more responsibility in our home building business, we find ourselves in need of our next “Tony.”  Rob will however continue to be the primary manager of the building and we both will still visit the building 4-5 times a month and be available to the part-time manager daily as required.

Tony’s main responsibilities included opening the front doors, locking up and the daily distribution of mail.  Those tasks are no longer necessary with the addition of the automated front doors and the individual mailboxes.

These are the main responsibilities for a part-time manager:

  • Monitor the building’s interior and exterior for any needed repairs
  • Report to the owners when light replacement is necessary
  • Report any air conditioning/heating issues to the owners
  • Make replacement cards for a tenant when they require one
  • Provide replacement mail keys when tenants damage or lose their keys
  • Inform the owners if an individual tenant is causing any type of problem in the building that is a concern to other tenants
  • Other miscellaneous duties

Compensation: Minimum $500 credit monthly on tenant lease.

We have always taken pride in the long-term relationships we have with our Office Bay tenants. We think we have a great mix of professional businesses at one of the best locations in Clovis.
